ZL50 is the name of the Chinese 5-tonne wheel loader class built by Liugong, XCMG, Lonking, SDLG and many smaller makers. Spec listings for ZL50-class machines usually show a bucket of about 3 m³ and a bucket width near 3 m. Because so many factories build the class, the bucket wear parts have settled into a common market standard, and TTRMCO stocks the whole set in the DM and ZF brands: teeth, adapters, corners, shrouds and pins.

The 2011 shroud change
The most common ordering mistake on ZL50 loaders is the blade shroud. Buckets built from around 2011 use a different shroud from older buckets, and the two are not interchangeable. Check the bolt spacing and shape on the old shroud, or send a photo, before ordering. The same goes for corners: one-bolt and two-bolt corners belong to different bucket designs.
ZL50 or ZL30?
The ZL30 is the 3-tonne class with a smaller bucket and a smaller tooth; parts do not cross over. If your loader is a 3-tonne machine, see the ZL30 tooth instead. Liugong's CLG856 is also a 5-tonne loader but uses its own tooth system; see the Liugong 856 guide.
Keeping a ZL50 bucket healthy
- Replace teeth before they wear into the adapter nose. A tooth worn to a stub costs you an adapter.
- Fit a new pin and washer with each tooth; the rubber in old retainers hardens and stops gripping.
- Keep corners and shrouds on the bucket. They are cheap compared with rebuilding the side plates and blade.
- In sand and gravel pits, abrasion is the main killer; a ZF special-grade tooth, where the product page lists it, usually lasts longer.
ZF parts come in alloy grades: Normal for ordinary soil, Special for abrasive, silica-rich ground, and Mining for quarry and rock work. Not every ZF part is made in every grade; the product page lists the grades actually available for that part. DM uses one standard alloy (some models also have a reinforced version) and has no mining grade.

Do all ZL50 loaders use the same tooth?
Most ZL50-class loaders use the common market tooth and adapter, but buckets get swapped over a machine's life. Send a photo of the old tooth to TTRMCO to be sure.
What is the difference between the old and 2011 ZL50 shroud?
They fit different bucket blade designs and are not interchangeable. TTRMCO sells both versions in DM and ZF.
Is the three-bolt tooth a ZL50 part?
