Doosan Mega 250 and Mega 400 wheel loaders use two separate bucket tooth systems. The Mega 250 is a mid-size loader around 14 tonnes; the Mega 400 is a heavy loader above 20 tonnes. TTRMCO stocks DM teeth, adapters and left and right corners for both machines, all from the official DM price list.

Know the machine first

Figures vary between generations, so read the data plate. The point is simple: a 250 tooth is far too small for a 400 bucket, and a 400 tooth will not seat on a 250 adapter.

Centre tooth or standard tooth?

For the 400 class we list both a standard 400-420 tooth and a 400 centre tooth. They are different items on the DM list. Before ordering, measure the old tooth length and the pin hole and compare them with the product page, or send a photo; mixing them on one bucket gives an uneven cutting line.

Corners take the side hits

When a loader drives into a stockpile, the two bucket corners take side impact and wear faster than the centre teeth. A worn corner lets the bucket lip round over, and then new teeth no longer sit straight. DM sells left and right corners at the same price, so change them as a pair.

Doosan loader or Doosan excavator?

Does the Mega 400 tooth fit the Mega 420?

The DM list names the tooth and adapter "400-420", so the same parts are listed for both. Still check the old part before ordering.

Do you have ZF teeth for Doosan loaders?

Our ZF Doosan pages are for excavators. For Mega 250 and 400 loaders the stocked brand is DM.

Does DM offer a mining grade?

No. DM uses one standard alloy and has no mining grade.

When should I change the adapter?

When a new tooth rocks on the nose or the pin hole has become oval. A worn adapter makes new teeth fall off.
